Epworth Residential Care Home

Epworth Residential Care Home is set in a prime location in the middle of Tanfield Lea, County Durham - Epworth is X9 Healthcare's most recent acquisition and steadily gaining a reputation for an excellent standard of personal care and residential support for the older person. The home currently provides residential/dementia care for 27 older persons. Our Commission for Social Care Inspection Report is readily available and a copy can be provided upon request.

Epworth has one large and one small lounge/dining room both with television/music centres. All rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with a nurse call system. All residents are encouraged to personalise their own rooms and we are happy for residents to bring in their own pictures, ornaments and furniture.

All staff at Epworth aim to provide a safe, caring, homely establishment of the very highest standard with all residents feeling well cared for whilst maintaining their independence as much as possible.
